Reading Circles for Spring 2018

00.pngFaculty and staff are now invited to register for next semester’s reading circles. This spring we will discuss James K. A. Smith’s You Are What You Love (read the Artistic Theologian’s review here). Circles will meet biweekly at the following days and times (to be finalized/altered by the members of each group, based on teaching and committee schedules):

  • Tuesdays, 8:15-9:15
  • Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00
  • Thursdays, 12:00-1:00

If you’d like to take part, please email your preference(s) of day/time to JAmundson@JudsonU.edu by December 1. (For the seven specific meeting dates, please follow this link.) If you are among the first on the list, she will deliver a book to you before Christmas Break!

Whether or not you have joined one of the groups reading Small Teaching this semester, you may like to hear from its author, James Lang, who will present the plenary address at this year’s ACCA Scholarship of Pedagogy Symposium.
